Have been getting my medical needs from Co. for over 8 yrs. They have been helpful and professional since day one. Life Solutions/Preferred Homecare has gone out of their way to get services set up out of state for me to spend time with my family. It does take time to get through on phone to order recently. But our health care system is overwhelmed due to so many people in need of supplies. Will continue getting my medical needs from this company since I highly recommend them.

I've seen some negative reviews for Preferred, but every time I've given them a call they are courteous and extremely helpful, I live in Casa Grande and they will deliver ; I wasn't aware of that service and the girls let me know. Thank you!!! Preferred...I recommend.

Failed to deliver a breathing monitor for my 1 month old daughter.. When I called to ask why Megan the supervisor was very rude. "The monitor does not replace the parent " Unbelievable that as a parent with a sick child you should have to deal with such insensitive unreliable management. When a member in delivery heard this they rushed into action. He called and got the machine on its way review will be edited

This company gave me an amazing customer experience helping me even slightly after they were supposed to close, can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you

Really friendly and helpful Thank you

Getting healthier sleep can be scary & annoying but this company makes it easier to adjust to a different way of sleeping. Great customer service! Always friendly, informative & helpful from the first time I called to multiple visits for new masks (I'm sensitive haha) to reorders. All of my medical & insurance info was smoothly transitioned/referred by my doctor to this C-PAP clinic with immediate calls & appointment set. They were very efficient & courteous (even funny at times). This office location is by appointment only but I have been able to see them in a timely manner each time.

Having had the dreaded "insurance changes" issue I had last winter, I was reluctant to call and order my supplies because AGAIN! I had "insurance changes". Well, I eventually called for my supplies and was pleasantly greeted, made the insurance changes and my supply order taken . No problems, courteous staff (Rosa) and completed in a timely manner. Well done.

They have always been really good with us. Occasionally, you could expect someone who doesn't know what's going on every once in a while. Also, expect people to treat you the way you treat them ;)
